These modules track Workers' Comp. cases through all levels of appeal and include many forms used in these states.


 
1) Our Traffic Control™ software allows attorneys and staff members to increase the organization, efficiency, productivity, and profitability levels within their firm at an affordable price. 3) "Two clicks, One completed, Printed Document". Traffic Control™ expedites the process of filling out forms, drawing up letters and creating any other relative documents by providing templates for your documents, which are easily merged with client information. You also have the ability to create your own document templates that are specifically tailored to your firm and can be integrated within the program.
   
4) The program gives users the ability to assign tasks to different staff members, assign due dates for tasks and track the completion status of assigned tasks. It also provides a Daily Tasks List that opens with the program and breaks down the daily tasks due for that day by each person or group to which they were assigned.
   
5) The program provides over seventy (70) management reports that organize information regarding clients, attorneys, and the over-all firm in a number of different ways. Most importantly, the pending reports help you keep track of your clients' cases on all levels and reduce the chance of missing any pending actions. This information can be crucial to analyzing efficiency and productivity within the firm, as well as assessing strengths and weaknesses as far as the management of the office is concerned.

CCI's Tabbed Browsing Feature comes pre-organized for the natural flow of the law office process:

   
  Standard Client Information - this includes basic information such as Full Name, Address, Home Phone, Cell Phone, and an E-mail feature that coordinates with your E-mail client and sends E-mails right from the interface! It also includes areas such as a memo for each file and hours spent on a client's case.
   
  Settlements/Intake - information regarding the status of any settlement progress in a case.
   

Traffic Control's Client Information Switchboard gives one-click access to the following areas of information:

   
  Medical Information - stores information on all doctors and hospitals involved in a case, as well as contact information for doctors and hospitals that have seen the client.
   
  Contacts/Opposition - stores contact information for individuals and organizations that are relative to the case at hand, and contact information for opposing parties and firms. Includes CONTACTS, EMPLOYERS, INSURANCE COMPANY, OPPOSING PARTY, and OPPOSING FIRM.
   
  Court Related - stores information regarding MEDIATIONS, HEARINGS, TRIALS, and APPEALS.
   
  Case Information/Research Data - stores contact information for EXPERTS involved in the case, and information regarding DEPOSITIONS and INTERROGATORIES relative to the case.
   
  Advanced Injury Information - stores detailed information regarding the injury in question such as, injury dates, type of injury, injury description, RATINGS, etc., plus you can also organize information regarding MEDICATIONS such as name, why it was prescribed, and the length of use.
    
 

NORTH CAROLINA Workers' Comp
NEW YORK Worker's Comp
Stores information on the specific appeal process for Worker's Compensation cases in these two states. It also allows the user to pick out the desired state forms (NCIC & WCB) and merge client information into that form so that it is ready for printing.

   
  Assets - provides a detailed assessment of the assets of the clients in question and any liens against them.
   
  Creditors- provides a detailed list of creditors seeking reimbursement from client.
   
  Payments - keeps track of money owed by the client, as well as payments that the client has made towards those fees.
   
  Expenses- provides a detailed list of expenses on behalf of the client.
   

Information Control Buttons - The control buttons allow you to utilize some of the automated features of the program that can help to further streamline the operation of your firm.

   
  Document Merge: allows the user to pick out the desired document template and merge client information into that document so that it is ready for printing/e-mailing. This is the source of our ever-popular "Two clicks, One Completed, Printed Document" feature.
   
  Document/Exhibit List: provides a list of all documents drafted and received regarding the case in question, and allows the documents to be attached as e-mail files, or opened in their original format or printed.
   
  Order Medical: provides an automated way to create a letter for each doctor and or hospital seen by a client.
   
  View Client Picture: upload pictures of your clients into the software to put a face with each file!
   
  Reports: offers results and management reports, pending reports, and notes, tasks, summaries, and lists. These reports allow you to analyze the efficiency and productivity of your firm on all levels, while also keeping track of all pending actions involved at every level.
   
  Tasks: provides quick access to adding new tasks for completion in a case, and provides a list of assigned tasks for an individual case/client and the due dates and completion status of those tasks. Automated alerts keep the users aware of completed and uncompleted tasks.
   
  Notes: keeps a detailed account of information regarding the case such as hours clocked, correspondence and any personal information about the client that will help maintain a reliable and efficient case process.
